About Me
Hello there, my name is Baptiste Carrara and I'm a French born, New York based Director of Photography and Colorist.
On the DP side of things, I'm hugely inspired by classic spaghetti westerns; Clint Eastwood eat your heart out. But I'll give a nod to Taika Waititi on the more light-hearted movies. On the color side I'm a huge fan of Vaporwave and Outrun themed colors and aesthetics. I'd bath in teal and pink lights if I could. Don't let me forget about brilliant color schemes from classics such as Clockwork Orange, and modern marvels like The Shape Of Water.
If you want to talk video shooting, editing, colors, hit me up! I am also well versed in decaf tea consumption and making my motorcycle go vroom vroom.
